Privacy incident management

CLARAS ('https://claras.ca') has put in place rigorous protocols for the management of privacy incidents, in accordance with the requirements of Bill 25. In the event of a data breach or security incident that could compromise its customers' personal information, the company will keep a detailed record of the incident and take immediate action to minimize any risk of harm. In accordance with the law, the company will also notify the Commission d'accès à l'information du Québec and the persons concerned by the incident.
